Delivery conditions for DON-KAYDE:

  1. Return Policy: DON-KAYDE grants you a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. During this period, you have the right to return products if they have defects, were delivered in the wrong size or color.

  2. Conditions for Return: For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met: a. The products must be in an intact condition and must not have been washed. b. The original packaging and labels must be intact and undamaged. c. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered.

  3. Contact in case of defects: If you notice defects in one of our DON-KAYDE products, we ask you to contact us immediately by email at shop@donkayde.com . Please describe the defect or problem in detail and attach photos if necessary to facilitate the return process.

  4. Refund or Exchange: After we receive and inspect your return, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the product in the correct size or color, if available. The choice between refund or exchange is yours.

  5. Shipping costs: DON-KAYDE will cover the shipping costs for returning products that have defects or were delivered in the wrong size or color. For other returns that do not apply to these conditions, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  6. Returns Process: To initiate a return, please first contact us by email at shop@donkayde.com . We will then inform you of the further steps and information regarding the return.

Please note that we can only process your return once it has been received and inspected. Refunds or exchanges will be made as quickly as possible, usually within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
